An exclusive production bringing together four female musicians – and much more besides! A tribute celebrating the heroines who have shaped the history of women – those in our everyday lives, our small and great victories, our multiple identities and our unconventional paths.
Wednesday 19 August: Vento Colorido
Livia’s powerful and intense voice glides over the vibrant waves of the accordion. We journey through a multifaceted soundscape, lulled by ancient and timeless melodies: this passionate duo takes us on a waltz through ballads, traditional songs from southern Italy, and other magical moments…
Thursday 20 & Friday 21 August: Piel
On stage, a single voice and frame drums. A single note and we set off on a journey through intimate landscapes. Accompanied by her percussion, Livia tells us stories ‘skin to skin’, enchanted by fado, Italian and Spanish folk songs, and the melodies of Latin America.
