Because talking about organic is all very well, but enjoying it is even better, Interbio Occitanie and its partners are taking you to meet the people who work, cook and grow the region's organic produce on a daily basis. On the programme: a delicious 3-hour guided tour of Toulouse, taking in the restaurants, butchers, bakeries, wine cellars and cheese dairies that showcase the work of organic producers.
