About
In 2001 they decided to retire, handing over the business to Yves Thuriès (twice Meilleur Ouvrier de France) in partnership with Hugues Sallier.
Since then, the business has taken on a whole new dimension, with the addition of a central laboratory to serve the six gourmet outlets in the Toulouse region.
