The first Cave de César opened in Toulouse in 2019, in the heart of the Saint-Agne district. From the outset, our aim was clear: to offer our customers wines, beers, spirits and other alcoholic beverages that are as interesting in terms of taste as they are ethically sound. At La Cave de César, we've always worked with winemakers and producers who are passionate about what they create. Artisans in the world of spirits who respect both the finished product and the way it is created. Located in Toulouse and Labège, the Cave de César is much more than a local shop. Whether you're an enthusiast or a wine lover, come and see us and discover our values and philosophy: advice, education, accessibility, not forgetting our strong and privileged links with the winegrowers.

La Cave de César is also an online store. We make it a point of honour to give you the best possible advice with detailed descriptions of the wines we like, so that you can access our products from anywhere in France. We have also set up a filter system that acts as a virtual sommelier to help you select the bottles best suited to your needs and desires.
