DE FERME EN FERME 2026 : 39 – LES MARAÎCHERS DES QUINZE SOLS

Quentin has been growing organic vegetables in Blagnac since 2019. After seven years in engineering and eco-design of buildings in Paris, he decided to change careers and set up Quentin le maraîcher.

In 2025, Romain, an architect and former work colleague, originally from the countryside but now a city dweller, joined the adventure after five years in Sarajevo. Driven by the desire to work together and develop the farm, we created the GAEC Les Maraîchers des Quinze Sols.

Based in the heart of the 15 sols protected agricultural zone in Blagnac, we produce over 40 vegetables without tilling the soil or using mechanisation, using a combination of ancient and modern techniques.

Today, the two of us are working together to offer you even more tasty, local, organic vegetables, grown with respect for the soil and the seasons.
