LE NOUVEAU PRINTEMPS

The Nouveau Printemps is thus affirming its new formula and consolidating the relationships it is forging with the city and with artists from near and far.

The festival defends art for all, that is locally rooted, artistically demanding and avant-garde, and supports collective artistic creations and experiments that are open to the world and responsible for our environment.

Each year at the contemporary arts festival, an artist is invited to take a look at a district of the city of Toulouse and to take an interest in its spaces. The festival has entrusted this 2026 edition to Rossy de Palma! She's a humanist artist who loves all the arts: writing, music, dance, theatre, opera, performance, photography, contemporary art and design.

For this 2026 edition, Rossy de Palma and her guest artists have come up with an original exhibition route combining a wide range of practices, in close collaboration with our partners and the people of Toulouse. True to its free spirit, this edition celebrates unexpected encounters and creative power.
