The airport is 10 minutes away, as is the city centre by tram and metro. Enclosed garden and private parking space in front of the house (2 spaces).

- Ground floor: entrance hall, fitted kitchen opening onto the living room and lounge opening onto a large covered terrace, utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
Studio bedroom: 140x190cm double bed, reversible air conditioning, desk, computer, fridge, microwave, kettle, shower, washbasin and WC. This room also has a terrace with direct access to the garden.
- Upstairs, air-conditioned in the hallway: 3 bedrooms, each with 1 double bed (140x190cm) and a desk, one of which has a sofa bed (140x190cm) and a computer, shower room, separate WC.

Access to the infrared sauna with backlit Himalayan salt brick wall. Private swimming pool (2.8 x 5m), open from May to September, with alarm.
An app is available to adjust the outside lights and the TV (access to Netflix, Canal+, Bein, etc.).
The TV is equipped with a speaker and 2 radios are available.
The rooms on the first floor are kept cool by ceiling fans.
