We propose :

We have selected renowned winegrowers, rising stars or new winegrowers. Whether they are small or large, their involvement is such that through each sip, we want our customers to feel the devotion of each winemaker and the rigorous work of a passionate man.

- A menu of dishes promoting local and quality products, we “eat simple and real”. We return to the essentials and original flavors by favoring authentic products of high taste quality.
Each product is selected from recognized suppliers and local producers (Deux Chavanne, refiner at the Carmes and Victor-Hugo markets, Thierry Salas, artisanal smoking at the Victor-Hugo market, Maison Garcia, Victor-Hugo market, Pâtisserie Conté, etc.).

- Thematic tasting evenings organized for amateurs and connoisseurs. For this purpose, Maison Sarment has a beautiful vaulted cellar in exposed brick which can also be privatized for events.
