This barge dedicated to the Toulouse Violet offers products based around the region's emblematic flower.
A permanent exhibition explains the history and cultivation of the plant, and product tastings are available all year round.
Sale of flower-based creations (delicatessen, cosmetics and scents) & sale of fresh flowers in winter (from January to March).
