In Toulouse, in the Roseraie neighbourhood and near Balma, Café à la Une invites you to discover hearty, convivial cuisine, with a focus on wood-fired cooking. The décor adds greatly to the experience: in winter, diners can enjoy the cosy atmosphere around the open fire; in fine weather, the restaurant opens up to a shaded garden and a flower-filled terrace with the feel of a traditional open-air café. It’s the perfect spot to share a meal with friends, family or as a couple, and to savour hearty cuisine in a warm and relaxed atmosphere.

In a warm and relaxed atmosphere, the restaurant showcases a modern take on traditional cuisine, prepared using fresh ingredients that are, wherever possible, local and in season. The house speciality: wood-fired grilled dishes, with a fine selection of meats, served with, among other things, fresh, homemade chips. Matured entrecôte steaks, rib of beef to share, duck breast, burgers, kebabs and vegetarian options make up a varied and delicious menu.
