Es un recipiente de barro cocido fabricado por los alfareros de Issel, un pueblo que est\u00e1 a 8 km al norte de Castelnaudary. Es un pastel delicioso y ligero que lleva almendra, lim\u00f3n y albaricoque. Se suele comer al inicio del verano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La brique del Capitole<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Se trata de caramelos rellenos de pralin\u00e9 que se suelen vender en cajas de cart\u00f3n que imitan el c\u00e9lebre ladrillo (brique) que ha dado a Toulouse su apelativo de \u201cCiudad Rosa\u201d. Su cajita amarilla sigue siendo la misma. Esta pastillita cuadrada lleva varios ingredientes entre los que hay que mencionar el regaliz y el catec\u00fa en polvo seg\u00fan la receta inicial de su creador. En la f\u00e1brica de la firma se producen anualmente tres millones de cajas de estas pastillas de regaliz.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow
