The art of eating well is second nature in Toulouse. Gastronomy in the Toulouse region is the result of an encounter between local culinary traditions and high-quality produce, and is hugely successful.

For a 3-month period, a hundred restaurants in the “ville rose” and the surrounding area will be relying on your appetite and judgement to choose your favourite eateries. At the end of the competition, the public and the Lucien VANEL Academy, made up of 78 representative members from the world of sport, culture and business in the Toulouse region, will be awarding 8 prizes.
